Pomladanski smoothie z jagodami in mangom

Sestavine: 

  • 1 žlica konopljinega olja
  • 1 skodelica kokosovega mleka
  • 1 banana – olupljena, narezana in zamrznjena
  • 1 mango – olupljen in narezan na kocke
  • 5 velikih jagod brez pecljev

Priprava: 

Vstavite v blender in mešajte dokler napitek ne postane tekoč. Po želji dodajte nekaj vode.
